A time to sue? Probably...

What do you think of Yahoo suing Facebook for 10 patent violations, I think Yahoo will win just because if you go by facts, its clear that Facebook ads are modeled on Yahoo and Google (aside from the sponsored stories which pushes the laws of decency far more than either Yahoo or Google could ever imagine) Also Yahoo owes Facebook nothing-they do not own a piece of the company and will not profit from the success or failure.

If the new CEO did not file patent suit he probably would be let go for dereliction of duty...
